As path of Bhakti Yoga (yoga of the heart and devotion) kirtan is a wonderful way to balance the emotions through group singing.

 

DRUM CIRCLES ~
Banging away on a drum in a group of people uplifts emotional, encourages openness, and may lead to a few dancers leaping about.
